How it works
Request a time. Choose a preferred Friday above and tell us a little about your space.
Confirm and pay. We’ll confirm your time within 2 business days and send an invoice. Your time is confirmed once payment is received.
Share your space. Send photos, rough measurements and your top questions before the call.
Meet on Zoom. We walk through your space and give clear, practical direction.
Get a recap. A short summary of our recommendations follows within 2 business days.
Consultations are advisory and don’t include drawings, sourcing or purchasing. Payment by bank transfer has no added fee; credit card payments include a processing fee. Additional time can be booked in one-hour sessions. Please give 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. If you go on to sign a full-service agreement with JLID within 60 days, your consultation fee is credited toward your project.
