Getting to Know You
We will get to know you and your design preferences for colors, aesthetic, goals and needs. We take a lot of photos, ask a lot of questions and have a lot of correspondence. We meet in person, talk on the phone and trade emails to get to know you and learn about your lifestyle and how you need the space to function.
Once we understand your goals, we develop overall design concepts, space plans, and budget estimates to lay the groundwork for the fun design work ahead.
This is when our creativity goes to work. We finalize floor plans; determine finishes, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, appliances; and select fabric, furniture that best fit within your taste, timeline and budget.
Specification and Procurement
The wheels are in full-motion: we start purchasing and gathering the furnishings to transform your space. The items are properly stored until it’s time for installation.
The best part of the journey. Our team oversees the delivery of goods, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. This phase often also includes accessorizing and art sourcing adding that finishing touch.
We welcome all interior design & styling inquiries. We bill on a time and materials basis sending invoices monthly for our services. We require a deposit and a signed contract to begin work on your project. New projects must meet a minimum of $20,000 in hourly design services.
